1. Services Provided
UAE Painting provides professional interior and exterior painting, wallpaper removal, and surface preparation services. All services are subject to a site inspection and a formal written quotation.
2. Quotations and Booking
- Validity: All quotations are valid for [e.g., 14 days] from the date of issue.
- Acceptance: A booking is confirmed only when the client provides written acceptance (via email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, pays the required deposit.
- Scope: Any changes to the scope of work after the project has started will result in a revised quotation and potential timeline adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
- Currency: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of [e.g., 30%] is required before commencement. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a high-quality finish and timely completion, the client agrees to:
- Provide clear access to the premises during agreed working hours.
- Secure or remove fragile items, valuables, and furniture (unless moving services are explicitly included in the quote).
- Obtain necessary approvals from building management or homeowners’ associations (HOAs), including Move-in/Move-out permits or work permits where required.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule or cancel a booking up to [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled start time without penalty.
- Cancellations made within [e.g., 24 hours] may be subject to a cancellation fee of [e.g., AED 200] to cover mobilization costs.
6. Warranty and Quality Assurance

8. Privacy and Data Protection
In compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data, we only collect personal information (name, address, phone number) necessary to provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
10. Modifications
UAE Painting reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
