DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY

UAE Painting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and UAE Copyright Law, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the UAE Painting website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. NOTICE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Agent.

  1. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURES

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE (or the jurisdiction in which your address is located if outside the UAE).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

UAE Painting takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

5. UAE GOVERNING LAW

While this policy follows the DMCA framework for international compatibility, any disputes arising from intellectual property matters on this website shall also be subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

6. MODIFICATIONS
